Missouri Athletic Director Mike Alden said the school is committed to seeing the Big 12 Conference succeed and grow. Those comments came earlier today just as it was confirmed that Nebraska would be heading to the Big Ten. Now, the Daily Oklahoman is reporting that Oklahoma, Texas and Oklahoma State are ready to move to the Pac 10.

University of Oklahoma sources confirmed that the school is headed to the Pac-10 but will wait for Texas to make its intentions known. Oklahoma State sources also have also indicated they’ll follow Texas.

At their regular monthly meeting today, the NU Board of Regents announced a much speculated move for Nebraska to join the Big 10 Conference. The Regents voted on a resolution regarding NU conference affiliation. They will apply to become part of the conference and approval is expected. If approved, Nebraska would begin athletic competition in the Big 10 Conference in the fall of 2011.
