Saint Louis heads to Louisville, Ky., as the No. 4 seed in the Louisville Regional and faces the regional’s top seed and host Cardinals Friday, June 4 with the first pitch set for 5 p.m. (Central time). The Billikens, who earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament by way of the Atlantic 10 Conference Championship, are making their fourth overall and second NCAA Baseball Championship appearance in the last five years.

The other half of the Louisville Regional pits the No. 2 seed Vanderbilt against No. 3 Illinois State. That game takes place Friday at 1 p.m. (all times Central). The winners of Friday’s games will play Saturday at 3 p.m., while the losers will play an elimination game Saturday at 11 a.m. The winner of Saturday’s elimination game will play the losing team from Saturday’s winner’s bracket game in an elimination game Sunday at 11 a.m., with the winner advancing to play the lone remaining undefeated team Sunday at 3 p.m. If needed, the two teams from Sunday’s second game will return for the final game of the Louisville Regional on Monday at 5 p.m.

Louisville will be without their manager Dan McConnell who was suspended three games for an argument during the Big East tournament.
