The Mules battled back from an early three run hole and rolled to an 18-7 win over Incarnate Word on Monday in a winners bracket semi-final. The win puts the Mules to the regional title game Tuesday in Warrensburg, MO.

The Mules scored 18  runs after trailing early 3-0, and finished the game with 18 hits on the way to their 50th win of the season. It’s the ninth time in program history for at least 50 wins in a season.

The finals of the South-Central Regional will pit the top-seeded Mules set to battle #2 seed Abilene Christian at Crane Stadium-Tompkins Field in Warrensburg, MO. Game time is set for 2 p.m., with the Mules looking for their 15th regional title in school history and a spot in the NCAA-II Championships in Cary, North Carolina, starting Saturday.
