Missouri Basketball signee Ricky Kreklow (Columbia, Mo. / Rock Bridge) was named Mr. Show Me Basketball by the Missouri High School Coaches Association this weekend, becoming the award’s second consecutive winner to join Mike Anderson’s roster.

Kreklow will play alongside 2009 winner, Michael Dixon, next season after averaging 16.8 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.2 steals and 3.5 assists for the 20-6 Rock Bridge High School Bruins. The versatile Kreklow led Rock Bridge in scoring, rebounding and steals this past season.

An excellent shooter throughout his Rock Bridge career, the 6-foot-6 Kreklow connected on 73-of-201 triples in 2009-10 (.363) and finished his high school tenure with 1,108 points en route to back-to-back all-state honors.  Kreklow, the son of Missouri volleyball coaches Wayne and Susan Kreklow, selected Mizzou over a host of Division I offers including Minnesota, Stanford and Virginia.
