Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder says he’ll file his legal challenge to the constitutionality of the new federal healthcare law by the end of the month. Kinder says of the Fox News Channel’s “On the Record with Greta Van Susteren” that he has legal standing because the Lieutenant Governor is the state’s official advocate for the elderly.

He’ll have to raise private funds to hire an outside lawyer to file the lawsuit because the state of Missouri is not challenging the law.
