I’m not sure if I’ve seen a better one in the game of baseball. I think I consider it the best play ever because it’s more based on instincts that physical ability…and it came from a native of St. Charles, MO.

So, here’s how it goes down. Mark Buehrle is pitching for the White Sox in the fifth inning. Cleveland’s Lou Marson hit a line drive that goes off Buehrle’s foot and rolls into foul territory. The pitcher chases it down and with his glove snaps the ball like a center would to the quarterback and gets the runner at first base.
