The first week of national rankings came out for the 2010 indoor track season and several Missouri schools found their way on the list for Division II schools according to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA)

On the men’s side, Central Missouri is ranked third with 113.77 points well behind first place leader Saint Augustine’s. Lincoln University out of Jefferson City is 6th, followed next by Missouri Southern and Missouri S & T who are ranked 17th and 18th respectively. Northwest Missouri State is 22nd and Southwest Baptist in Bolivar, MO is 25th.

On the women’s side, they have been dominating women’s track for several years, Lincoln Jefferson City is number one with 235.42  just ahead of Grand Valley State at 231.58. Central Missouri is 6th, Missouri Southern 14th, Truman State 22nd and Northwest Missouri State 23rd.
