Two Missouri kids to play in All-American Bowl

January 6, 2010 By Bill Pollock

Two Missouri high school athletes were chosen to play in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio this Saturday. Both kids have committed to Missouri and have a bright future. Marcus Lucas from Liberty High School, a 6’5 195 receiver committed to Missouri just a couple of weeks ago and Nick Demien, a 6’6 300 pound offensive tackle is from Timberland High School in Wentzville who committed to the Tigers back in August.

Lucas is rated the 14th best receiver in the nation and Demien is one of the top lineman. Timberland is more of a run first program, and there are some questions about Demien’s ability to pass block, but he’s big and quick.

Colonel Verb Washington of the United States Army shares more on the All-American Bowl and both of our Missouri players.
