T.J Oshie and Andy McDonald scored in the shootout to give the St. Louis Blues a 3-2 victory over the Sharks on Thursday night. The Blues were down to their final seconds before Carlo Colaiacovo scored to the tie the game in regulation.
Colaiacovo’s short handed goal came with seven seconds left while the Blues were shorthanded. Patrick Marleau scored a goal in the shootout for the Sharks, who had a three game winning streak stopped. Dany Heatley and Joe Pavelski scored in regulation early against Ty Conklin who made the start in the nets for the Blues giving Chris Mason a breather. Jay McClement had the other regulation goal for the Blues. The Blues are in Los Angeles on Saturday to play the Kings.
