Another weekend of traveling for Carl Edwards as he will race this afternoon in Tennessee in the Nationwide series race, then head to Virginia for tomorrow afternoon’s Sprint Cup race at Martinsville. 

With just four races left in the Nationwide series, Edwards remains in second place, 195 points behind leader Kyle Busch.  The Kroger on Track For The Cure will start this afternoon at 2:00. 

The final three Nationwide races will be at Texas, Phoenix and Homestead.

Tomorrow, with just five races left in the Chase for the Championship, Edwards may be just racing for pride.  He is currently in 10th place, 391 points behind Chase leader Jimmie Johnson.

The final four races in the Chase for the Championship will take place at Talladega, Texas, Phoenix and at Homestead. 

The Tums Fast Relief 500 will start at noon tomorrow.
