Missouri State tight end Clay Harbor has been named Missouri Valley Football Conference Offensive Player of the Week, and kicker Matt Hottelman is the Special Teams Player of the Week.

Harbor had a career high 171 yards on eight receptions in the WIU game, including five catches for 130 yards in the second half. His eight receptions also matched a career high. His 53 yard catch and run from QB Cody Kirby help set up Hottelman’s game winning field goal of 37 yards.

Hottelman, a native of O’Fallon, MO who played at Ft. Zumwalt West, hit the game winner with 36 seconds left. It was his first ever game winning FG.

The Bears (4-3, 2-2 MVFC) travel to Fargo, N.D. to take on the Bison of North Dakota State at 6 p.m. Saturday. MSU returns to Plaster Field on Saturday, October 31, for a 1 p.m. Homecoming matchup with Illinois State.
