Mizzou Basketball released its 2009-10 schedule with 18 regular home games and a trip to the South Padre Island Invitational.  Missouri will face 10 non-conference opponents at home this year, including Georgia from the Southeastern Conference, Oregon from the Pac-10 Conference and in-state foe UMKC.

The Tigers also make non-conference road trips to Vanderbilt and Oral Roberts and face Illinois in the annual Busch Braggin’ Rights Game in St. Louis.

Missouri opens regular-season play on Nov. 17 against Tennessee-Martin, before hosting Texas-Pan American and Chattanooga in the opening rounds of the South Padre Island Invitational inside Mizzou Arena.

Head coach Mike Anderson said, "This is another challenging schedule for our young basketball team, one that should help us mature and have us playing our best basketball at the end of the season."
