Two errors by Tiger third basemen Ryan Raburn in the 10 th inning led to an unearned run in the 10 th inning and a 3-2 win for the Royals on Sunday in Detroit.
The first came with one out.  After a Josh Anderson  infield single Raburn booted David DeJesus’ grounder.

Willie Bloomquist advanced the runners to second and third on a tap out to  pitcher Fernando Rodney.  Then, Billy Butler grounded to Raburn behind the bag, but his strong throw to first base was high for another error, as Anderson, the former Tiger, scored.

Royals’ closer Joakim Soria pitched two scoreless innings to get the victory.  DeJesus began the game with a walk, moved up on Butler’s double and scored on Mike Jacobs’ single. DeJesus also walked and scored in the fifth, after a Bloomquist double.

Royals’ starter Kyle Davies gave up a solo home run to Magglio Ordonez in the second inning and gave up a run on a wild pitch in the fifth.  Davies pitched six innings and gave up nine hits and a walk but just two runs.
