The St. Louis Rams have signed 2009 fifth-round draft choice (160 th overall) wide receiver Brooks Foster, the team announced late Tuesday. Terms of the contract were undisclosed.
Foster, 6-1, 204 pounds, registered 97 catches for 1,237 yards and six touchdowns in his four-year career at the University of North Carolina. Foster started 13 of 41 career games for the Tar Heels.
In 2008, Foster played in 13 games with seven starts, ranking second on the team with 30 catches for 334 yards and two touchdowns.
