DeMarre Carroll, along with former teammate Leo Lyons and former Tigers Thomas Gardner and Kareem Rush wrapped up their summer league play in Las Vegas, NV.  Carroll play the best as his Grizzlies went 5-0.

DeMarre Carroll—Memphis Grizzlies.  The Memphis Grizzlies went 5-0 in Las Vegas. The Grizzlies finished off play on Sunday, as they earned a 76-75 win over San Antonio, when point guard Marcus Williams (Connecticut) hit the game-winning lay-up just before time expired.

Carroll scored a team-high tying 16 points in the victory, including a game high 10 points in the first half. He hit 6-of-9 shots from the floor, while getting  three steals. Carroll added five rebounds  in 30 minutes as well. 

Leo Lyons—Cleveland Cavaliers.  Lyons played in all five games for the Cleveland Cavilers. Lyons averaged 7.6 points in 14.2 minutes a night for the Cavs.  Lyons twice reached double figures, including 14 points in the summer league-opener against the Los Angeles Lakers and 13 tallies against Milwaukee. 

Thomas Gardner—Portland Trailblazers.  Gardner participated in the third summer league of his NBA career as he played with his hometown Portland Trailblazers. The 6-foot-5 guard averaged 9.0 points in 23.6 minutes a game, earning one start. Gardner hit 3-of-6 shots from three-point range and 6-of-11 shots overall. Earlier in the tournament Gardner scored 14 points in a 111-93 loss to the Denver Nuggets.

Kareem Rush—Denver Nuggets. Rush was the fourth Tiger in action during the 2009 Las Vegas Summer League and played two games with the Denver Nuggets. He averaged 3.0 points in the two contests.
