DISH-TV will pay the state $325,000 in penalties for conning customers.  Attorney General Chris Koster says the company will pay even more to customers.

Koster says Dish-TV customers who were victims of the bait-and-switch scheme should contaact his office and the Better Business Bureau, triggering a claims process for DISH to start making restitution.
