The Kansas City Chiefs added some depth in their secondary by signing former Chicago Bears safety Mike Brown who is expected to compete with Jarrad Page and Bernard Pollard for one of the starting jobs.

When Brown plays he is good.  He made it to the Pro Bowl in 2005 and is the Bears’ all time leader with seven defensive touchdowns.  I think this could be a risky move for the  Chiefs if they are expecting Brown to compete for a starting job.  Brown is injury prone who has missed several games of the last few seasons, and the Bears were not willing to take a chance on him after his contract ended after last season.
