The state emergency management agency says three people have been killed by tornadoes in northeast missouri overnight. Eleven people are reported hurt, most of them int hat area. Three people were hurt when a tornado destroyed their trailer in southwest Missouri’s Barry County.
SEMA says the weather service has told it Missour iwas hit by at least 23 tornadoes.
