Missouri’s top finisher Will Harrold shot even-par 70 to lead the Missouri Men’s Golf team to a ninth place finish at the 2009 Big 12 Conference Championships at Prairie Dunes Golf & Country Club in Hutchinson, Kan.
Oklahoma State (+29) claimed the 2009 Big 12 Conference Championship by 14 shots over runner-up Colorado (+43).
Harrold (+17) shot rounds of 77-75-75-70–297 to tie for 17th. The sophomore improved 10 spots on the leader board in the final day after starting 27th overall. Ryne Fisher (+23) tied for 27th with a final-round 76. Peter Malnati (+28) and Tyler Hillis (+28) tied for 47th and Chris Johnson (+34) finished tied for 57th.
