How to draw up a budget when you don’t know the rules

Bob, Steve and Darin talk about some of the debates happening in the legislature with respect to economic development, specifically:  arguments for and against tax credits for economic development programs.

They also touch on the struggles that the legislature faces with trying to draw up a budget that incorporates the federal stimulus funds when the federal government hasn’t written the rules yet for how to apply it.
