Sen. Bond continues to bash the fiscal decision-making in Washington.

Bond voted against what he calls the "trillion dollar spendulus bill" but voted in favor of the $410 billion operating budget.

Bond says he’s also concerned with tax hikes.

While Bond voted for the budget bill, Sen. McCaskill voted against it saying it was too much money and she was not in favor of the earmarks in the bill that total more than $7 billion dollars.

The omnibus bill — which funds transportation, health, energy, education and other programs — is an 8 percent funding increase over last year.
