The Missouri Tigers are back in action on Saturday looking for back to back Big 12 wins, as the Tigers face Iowa State.  These games with the Clones are always close,  Last year, they  went to double OT in the last meeting at Mizzou Arena.

Mizzou has won 12 consecutive home games dating back to that double OT win over the Clones last season.  Those 12 straight home wins are just one shy of the Mizzou Arena record, having won 13 straight over the 2006-07 / 2007-08 seasons.

After opening Big 12 play last Saturday with a season low 51 point output at Nebraska, the Tigers pounced on the Buffaloes scoring a season high 107 without the services of senior forward Leo Lyons.

The Tigers rank among the nation’s leaders in several statistical categories heading into Saturday’s game.  Mizzou is No. 8 nationally in scoring at 84.6 ppg, No. 1 in assists per game at 19.8, No. 2 in steals per game at 11.0 and No. 2 nationally in assist/turnover ratio at 1.6.

Kyle McClellan, Colby Rasmus, and Brad Thompson of the Cardinals are scheduled to sign autographs from 11:30 to tip.  A ticket to the game is needed for the autograph session.
