Governor Jay Nixon (D-MO) demonstrates his commitment to small business has the first meeing he hosts since taking office is one with a group of young entrepreneurs.
While meeting with the group, Nixon said, "These young innovators are creating the jobs of the future here in Missouri, and their businesses are the foundation of our economy."
He them added he wanted to sit down with the bightest and freshest minds in the state to start a dialogue about creating next-generating jobs. Joining Nixon at the meeting was Linda Martinez, the Governor’s nominee to head up the Department of Economic Development.
