Missouri forced 23 turnovers turning the game around in the 2nd as the Tigers beat Georgia 83-76.  DeMarre Carroll and Zaire Taylor each scored 17 points in Mizzou’s first nonconference game on an opponents’ home court since Dec. 6, 2003, when the Tigers won at Indiana.

With Georgia up 46-45 in the second half, Mizzou turned up the defensive pressure and went up 71-56 on a 26-10 run.

It was a homecoming for JT Tiller who had family drive over from Marietta, Georgia.  Miguel Paul, Laurence Bowers, Mike Anderson and DeMarre Carroll also had friends and family at the game.

This is Missouri best start in 14 games since a 12-2 start in 1998-99, coach Norm Stewart’s last season.
