Vikes def. coordinator Leslie Frazier The Rams are interested in interviewing a couple of defensive coordinators and a former head coach along with a Green Bay assistant for their head coaching position.  Interim coach Jim Haslett is also a finalist.

ESPN is reporting St. Louis would like to talk with Vikings defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier, as well as Baltimore’s defensive coordinator Rex Ryan, and former Giants coach Jim Fassel.  The Rams already have an interview scheduled on Saturday with Green Bay Packers linebackers coach Winston Moss.  Interim coach Jim Haslett is already considered a finalist.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch is also naming Dallas wide receivers coach Ray Sherman and Miami assistant head coach Todd Bowles as possible candidates.  It’s expected the Rams will ask for permission from their teams to speak with them.

Jim Fassel was the guy I thought of for the Rams right away.  He’s a former NFC head coach and he overcame a lot of adversity to take the Giants to the Superbowl.

When Fassel’s back has been against the wall, his teams have delivered.
