Chase Daniel’s two favorite targets, Missouri Tigers tight end Chase Coffman and wide receiver Jeremy Maclin were named AP All-American first teams and linebacker Sean Weatherspoon was named to the third team.
Coffman, who won the Mackey Award as the country’s top tight end last week has 10 touchdowns this season. Maclin, was named as an all-purpose player. Maclin led the Tigers with 95 reception and 12 touchdowns.
Spoon led the Tigers with 138 tackles and 16 tackles for loss. In all 20 players from the Big 12 were named.
