UMKC’s Hall withdraws name from SEMO consideration

December 10, 2008 By admin Leave a Comment

Yesterday, Southeast Missouri State announced that UMKC athletic director Tim Hall was one of three finalists for their athletic director position, but Hall surprisingly withdrew his name.

In a statement that Hall released, he said "The direction of UMKC Athletics is strong, as is the support from the university and our Kansas City community," Hall said. "This loyalty sustains our work in building a premier athletics program, and I look forward to continuing my partnership with the students, coaches and staff in the UMKC Athletics Department, UMKC and Kansas City."

Hall became UMKC athletic director Feb. 14, 2007
