Croyle lost for the year

October 19, 2008 By admin Leave a Comment

Brodie Croyle, who was attempting to comeback after getting injured in week on at New England, made it 14 plays against Tennessee before having his knee injured.  Croyle is finished for the year with ligament damage.

Croyle got his leg twisted up when he was hit by two Titan defenders.  On the play he completed a 17 yard pass to Dwayne Bowe but couldn’t put any weight on hi s knee.

Add this to the already long list of injuries in his short three year NFL career and his college career at Alabama.  This has probably been the last time we’ve seen Croyle as a Chief.  They obviously need to head in a new direction and they can rely on the injury prone quarterback.
