The sentence is 30 years behind bars for a woman convicted of kidnapping a newborn girl two years ago in Franklin County.
38-year-old Shannon Torrez kidnapped the one-week-old daughter of Stephanie Ochsenbine in September of 2006 after showing up at the Ochsenbine home asking to use the phone.
Torrez stabbed Ochsenbine, then tied up the woman and her one-year-old son before taking off with seven-day-old Abby.
