Central Missouri look forward to scrimmage

August 14, 2008 By admin Leave a Comment

Tonight will mark the first time the Central Missouri Mule football team will go head-to-head in an inter-squad scrimmage at 7:30 p.m. on Kennedy Field in Warrensburg.

The Mules, who picked up some votes in the first AFCA Poll, which was released Tuesday, are looking forward to seeing how they compete in more live-game situations.

A second scrimmage will follow on Thursday, August 21 at 7:00 p.m., before the Mules open their regular season at home against Minnesota State-Mankato on August 28.

Fans are invited to watch both scrimmages free of charge.
