You might not think of the Missouri State Fair as a place to do some grocery shopping, but this year there’s a farmers’ market inside the Agriculture Building.
The fair is a great place to increase the awareness of local Missouri products, said Department of Agriculture Marketing Specialist, Lane McConnell.
"If you’re going to the fair this year come out to the farmers market and taste the freshness," she said.
The market is open to vendors, campers and fair goers through August 17 th .
