Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama (D-IL) is returning to Missouri. Obama has scheduled an appearance in Independence on Monday.
Few details have been released, but an event that is free and open to the public is scheduled for the Truman Memorial Building at 416 West Maple Street, with the doors opening at 9 o’clock in the morning. The event is free, but tickets will be required. The campaign plans to soon release information on ticket distribution.
