The NCAA announced penalties against Southeast Missouri State’s women’s basketball program stemming from recruiting violations in 2004 and 2005.  Those violations included 11 instances of impermissable transportation, use of staff computers and impermissable housing.  Forty-four wins will be wiped off the books; however, the penalties do not include the 05-06 season when Southeast won the first of two Ohio Valley Conference Tournaments and made its first NCAA appearance.
