Central Missouri prepares for World Series run

MyersTommy.JPG Tommy Myers is in his first year as head coach of the Central Missouri Mules.   

21 MIAA titles, 14 regional championships, and now gunning for their 3 rd Division II national championship in baseball, the Central Missouri Mules are getting ready to make that run this weekend in Sauget, Illinois for the D-2 College World Series.

I spoke with coach Myers about the upcoming tournament, his first year as head coach and two of his players that have had remarkable careers…one who has come back from Tommy John surgery, the other one of just twelve players in NCAA to accomplish a certain hitting feat.
