Mollie Bjelland drove in Amnada Wilhelm with a triple scored on an error to give Winona State a 2-0 lead in the fourth inning on the way to a 2-1 win over Central Missouri in the first game of the NCAA Division II North Central Regional Softball Tournament in Emporia, Kan.

The Jennies pulled within a run on Kherri-Dean Hummer’s home run in the sixth.
