Rams' cornerback Fakhir Brown According to multiple league sources, Rams cornerback Fakhir Brown won an appeal and will not be suspended for failing a drug test for one of the NFL’s banned substances.  He was back with the Rams for their offseason conditioning program and wouldn’t comment at this time.

Brown, 30, has been a starter for St. Louis at cornerback since signing as an unrestricted free agent from New Orleans in 2006. A solid cover corner, and one of the Rams’ surest tacklers in the secondary, Brown established career highs in tackles (76) and interceptions (three) in 14 games in 2006.
