Never say a bill is dead

This week House Majority Floor Leader Steve Tilley used his authority by asking House Speaker Rod Jetton to yield his bill proposing an increase in the minimum salary for teachers.  Tilley later told a reporter that the bill would never see the light of day, but as Bob Priddy once told Brent Martin in his early days at Missourinet, never say a "bill is dead" until the session is closed.  Bob, Brent, and Darin discuss the bill and the strategy behind yielding it.
