IRS offers last minute tax help

April 13, 2008 By admin Leave a Comment

Michael Devine, Internal Revenue Service Media Relations Specialist for Missouri and Kansas, says help is available to any Missouri taxpayer at one of the IRS walk-in centers throughout the state, online, or through a telephone call.

Devine says the toll-free helpline is the best option for many taxpayers. But low-income earners can get more than information. People earning $40,000 or less can get their tax returns completed – free of charge – at an IRS walk-in center.
