Martin’s first day on the job at Missouri State

April 1, 2008 By Bill Pollock Leave a Comment

Cuonzo Martin, the new Missouri State men’s basketball coach started his first day on the job today.  While there are only four teams left to play basketball this season, Martin is already busy making phone calls and contacting recruits.

It’s a job that Martin says never ends.  The former Purdue star and assistant talks about his expectations for Bears’ basketball and lends some great advice for kids who are starting to think about college.

Enjoy my conversation with Cuonzo Martin.  Also, don’t forget to check out other great interviews available on my podcast The Press Box
