Royals Lose 8-2 To Milwaukee

The Royals spring training record evened up at 5-5 after losing to the Milwaukee Brewers 8-2. 

Alberto Callaspo recorded the game’s first hit: a double in the top of the first inning. Callaspo, who later singled and walked, scored on Alex Gordon’s RBI single. With a single in the third, Mark Teahen had the second RBI.

Chin-hui Tsao had a rough time. In two-thirds of an inning, he gave up two hits and three runs. Starter John Bale looked solid, though. He worked four innings. He gave up three runs on six hits. Bale also issued a walk. Jorge De La Rosa followed Bale. De La Rosa worked three innings and gave up two runs, one of them unearned.
