More trouble for the Missouri Tigers men’s basketball team. Jason Horton, who had already been suspended for a curfew violation, has been arrested in Columbia and charged with misdemeanor third-degree assault.

The arrest stems from an altercation outside the Athena Night Club early Sunday morning – an altercation that led to the suspensions of Horton, Stefhon Hannah, Marshall Brown, Darryl Butterfield, and Leo Lyons. Hannah’s jaw was broken in the incident.

Police arrested Horton yesterday, acting on a complaint from an employee of the club, and Horton was released on a summons. Police say additional arrests could be forthcoming.
