President Bush has appointed State Supreme Court Judge Stephen Limbaugh Junior to the Federal District Court in St.Louis. Limbaugh’s father is the senior judge on the same court.
Limbaugh has been on the State Supreme Court since 1992. He was the Chief Justice for two years, beginning in 2001.
