Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton (D-NY) has told a St. Louis crowd says she wants to restore America’s leadership in the world, and that will begin with ending the war in Iraq. Clinton says Iraq is in a civil war and there’s no American solution to it. She says she wants to make the congressional health care plan available to those who lack or have no health insurance. She also says she’d repeal tax cuts for the wealthiest citizens and use the money to provide tax credits to small businesses.
