Illinois Based Website Can’t Sell MU/KU Tickets

November 16, 2007 By admin Leave a Comment

A temporary restraining order was issued Friday afternoon against a Springfield, IL ticket broker for selling tickets to Missouri residents for the MU/KU game next Saturday at Arrowhead.

An investigator purchased two tickets from the website gotickets.com for $275 apiece

Attorney General Jay Nixon asked Jackson County Circuit Judge John R. O’Malley for the restraining order since the sale violated a state statue against selling tickets about face value.
