Pine Lawn Passes Ordinance Targeting Baggy Pants

November 14, 2007 By admin Leave a Comment

The community of Pine Lawn has had enough of kids walking around in baggy pants, their underwear showing – or worse. The city has passed an ordinance establishing a $100 fine for anybody wearing pants below the waist so that underwear – or skin – is exposed.

Parents also can get hit with a fine of $500 if they let their kids go out with baggy pants – or even those low-riding tight jeans that expose a little too much … or much too much.
