High School Football Playoff Pairings Set

High school football playoffs get under this Wednesday in 6 classes and 8 man starts on Saturday.   I’ve got the pairings below.  Some schools to watch for, In Class 1, Midway makes their 22 nd playoff appearance gunning for their 7 th title.  In Class 2, Blair Oaks, just outside of Jefferson City goes for their 3 rd title in 4 years.  Undefeated Harrisonville goes for their 4 th Class 3 title in 5 years.  Class 4, Webb City looks for their 8 th state title.  They too are 10-0.  Out of the 8 teams in Class 5, no one has won a state title, and class 6 Rockhurst, the perennial power house making their 29 th playoff appearance going for their 8 th title.

McAuley Catholic (4-6) at Thayer (10-0)

Adrian (7-2) at Lockwood (8-2)

Tipton (10-0) at Midway (7-3)

Maysville (7-3) at Princeton (8-2)

Lathrop (7-3) at West Platte (7-3)
