State Senator Chuck Graham (D-Columbia) has been charged with drunk driving in Columbia.
Police say Graham refused to take a breath test and would not provide a blood sample. Investigators say Graham’s car rear-ended another vehicle near his home this weekend. He had some minor injuries. Nobody else was hurt.
