Royals Closing In On A New Manager?

There are reports that Trey Hillman is in some serious contract talks with the Royals about becoming their next manager.  The 44 year old Hillman has managed in Japan with Nippon Ham Fighters (the what???) and just won the Pacific Coast League Championship after years as a minor league manager in the Yankees organization.  Also under consideration is 58 year old Terry Collins who is managing in Japan.
