Missourians have a new way to report undocumented aliens on the job or employers that don’t provide workers compensation coverage or those that misclassify employees as independent contractors.

The Attorney General has added a special complaint form to his web-page. It’s at www.ago.mo.gov.

Spokesman John Fougere says it only takes five or ten minutes for somebody to fill out the Employer Accountability Complaint form.

He says the Attorney General already handles a large number of complaints about companies that do not provide workers compensation insurance. He expects that number to go up with the internet complaint form. Fougere says the Attorney General has collected about $1.9 million in the last three years in worker’s comp violation penalties and fines.
