Cardinals Snap 11 Game Road Losing Streak

September 27, 2007 By admin Leave a Comment

Albert Pujols hit his 32nd home run of the year, and picked up his 100th RBI, the seventh time he has done that, as the Cardinals beat Milwaukee 7-3.

The Cardinals came into the game having lost eleven straight road games going back to the end of August in Houston.  Brad Thompson went six innings and only gave up two runs, both unearned.

They face Pedro Martinez tonight in New York.
